John 10:10 reads, “A thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy. I have come so that they may have life and have it in abundance.” At Carterville, we believe that Satan works through addictions and struggles to keep us separated from the life that God has designed for us. If we are struggling with addiction, or just struggling in life, we need to get help and we need to find community. In 2017, Carterville launched LifeRecovered. In 2019, our ministry was booming and the Lord was working, so we decided to become and entity of Celebrate Recovery.
Celebrate Recovery is our recovery ministry that is available for Carterville members and people in our community in need of recovery. People need recovery from substance abuse, pornography, sex, love, food, money, technology, and so much more.
At Carterville, our trained leaders use a curriculum called Celebrate Recovery. This curriculum has been proven to work in recovery ministries across the world. If you want to be a part of a recovery process and grow in your faith in Jesus Christ, Celebrate Recovery will help you with that.
