a Strong Biblical Foundation
Carterville Christian School is a faith-based preschool for 2, 3, and 4-year-olds, providing early childhood education in a nurturing Christian environment. We operate on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday mornings from 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Our school is a ministry of Carterville Baptist Church and is dedicated to fostering children’s intellectual, physical, social, emotional, and spiritual growth.
We believe young children learn best through hands-on, play-based experiences. Our preschool curriculum is designed to build strong foundations in language, literacy, and early math concepts while incorporating art, music, and social development. Through Bible stories, songs, and daily interactions, we help children discover God’s infinite love and how to extend that love to others.
Our school year runs from mid-August to mid-May, following the Petal School District calendar for holidays, breaks, and inclement weather.
Children must turn 2, 3, or 4 by September 1 to enroll.
All 3-year-olds must be potty trained to attend.
